Todd designed this subtle nod toward the trend that’s solid enough to wear on its own and a great way to add texture to your looks as a baselayer. it’s an extremely versatile (and fashion-forward) layering piece. It’s made from a blend of cotton and nylon ?? the cotton is dry. breathable and has a natural feel. while the nylon keeps the fine mesh stitch tighter and lighter than pure cotton would allow for. This tank has a slim (but not tight) fit that looks especially chic tucked into high-waisted pleated pants. FYI: the tank top is named after a sleeveless bathing costume that caused quite a stir when it was worn by the British Women’s Swim Team at the 1912 Olympics; at the time. swimming pools were also called swimming tanks. and the name stuck.
